Refund policy

Returns can be processed through our customer service email mapbassfishing@gmail.com . Returns for items damaged during the shipping process must be processed within a week of delivery. Defective items will receive a full refund and 25% discount on next purchase. Unwanted items that are not defective or damaged can be returned for a full refund, although customers are responsible for return shipping costs, non-refundable transaction fees, and any other fees incurred as a result of their purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of request.
